Possibly.  Changesets between build boundaries obviously get far less
testing than the stuff everyone uses.

Yeah, as long as the code in question is reasonably up to date, it would do
just that.  That confirms that I know what's going on; I just don't know
how you got there.

Could you send me the output of "pkg history -l", edited down to start with
the time you first disabled extra?  I assume it'll be big, so don't post it
to the list; either to me directly, or put it up on cr.opensolaris.org or
some other site.
