Please ignore the changes to gen_copy_list. That script is either going
to go away (see my previous email) or I'll need to make some other
modifications to it. I didn't see any reason not to send the rest of the
change set out for review though since those changes wouldn't effect the
rest of the work.
Which file has the block comment explaining the new file layout?
I couldn't find it on my first pass.
