I don't think so, the cache is not changing it's data model, just the
data which will be recreated if someone will update SUNWipkg-gui anyway
(when we will publish this package to the repository the date version of
the catalog will change, so the cache will be regenerated.).

Basically our algorithm to calculate visible name of the package was
modifying the package name. The modified name was then compared with
the name from the static file, which was wrong as we should compare
the original package name.
