Adds the origins support to the Package Manager, which fixes 12962.
There are few limitations which prevents user to do some actions. Once
the full api will be in place and decisions how the whole relationship
between publishers, repositories, origins, mirrors and it's names, ssl
keys and ssl certificates will be finally made, we can revisit this problem.
The current limitation:
- The user can not remove first repository using Modify Publisher
dialog (this is the selected_repository)
- SSL data and type of the publisher (from http to https and vice
versa) can be only changed using Modify Repository dialog, not Modify
Publisher, this works only if the user selects the first row in the
repository treeview, second and later rows are origins which can not
modify SSL data for the publisher.
