I thought about that as well or perhaps inventing yet another
consolidation but given both "ips" and "install" will eventually be
moved into "osnet", I didn't want to do the latter. I'm OK with these
being "install" instead if there is a consensus around that.
Okay. I've changed them to "install". Changes committed.
