I *think* I resolved something like that once by doing 'pkg refresh
--full' (or similar).
A pkg refresh --full should almost never be necessary.
A "pkg refresh" should be sufficient in 99% of cases.
In this particular case, it is likely that the user's system had last
checked for a repository update less than four hours ago, in which case
an explicit "pkg refresh" would have been necessary to have it check for
updates again that image-update can apply.
Well, from the log of things he did it looks like he ran a pkg refresh,
but it didn't seem to help. That's the odd thing.
I'd have to see the log and know what time the 128 repository update
became available, and know whether or not they were using a proxy, etc.
