Which issue is that?
If you have a publisher which is disabled and then remove it, the status
of the publisher isn't getting updated.

Or if it is, the workaround of hitting refresh and then returning to the
list of all installed packages isn't solving the problem. If I quit PM
and relaunch it, the new status (removed) is displayed as expected.

When in installed list the list is regenerated.
