I added two comments, one of which contains 2 questions.

   1. Why does SUNWipkg have to be installed first? Doesn't the fact the
   command "pkg" can be used tell us SUNWipkg is already installed?
   2. Someone recommends that before creating another BE, "pkg install
   entire" needs to be executed to update the current build branch. Is that
   necessary?
