13436 several translatable messages should use mapping to enable swap of
parameters (API part)
which sounds like it's needed for build 130 if the g11n folks are going to
be able to translate everything for build 2010.03. It was an easy fix, so
I thought I'd get it in.
I was able to test all of the messages except for the python dependency
message. I'm confident that one's okay, but if anyone knows how to trigger
it, I'll give it a spin.
