Hmm, it looks to me that with rewhack I did of python deps that just
went back, it's no longer possible to trigger that exception. I'll take
a closer look at whether the exception can be removed, but the text
substitution looks right to me as well.
(Just to be clear, go ahead and put this back rather than waiting for me
to figure out if it can still be created. The interaction between the
sub and superclass is somewhat convoluted in this area, and I'd want to
make sure it couldn't happen before I removed it.)

which sounds like it's needed for build 130 if the g11n folks are going to
be able to translate everything for build 2010.03. It was an easy fix, so
I thought I'd get it in.
I was able to test all of the messages except for the python dependency
message. I'm confident that one's okay, but if anyone knows how to trigger
it, I'll give it a spin.
