There are actually two issues here. The first is the one I indicated
where updates to SUNWcsr's RBAC *_attr files are not "propagated" to
the system when updating to the build.
However the updates that took place to SUNWcsr's versions of these
files was not really correct. Since the ILB software is delivered via
its own package, these *_attr updates should really have been done to
the SUNWilbr SVR4 package in ON. This would have allowed the
system/rbac system to see the per-package RBAC fragements SUNWilbr
delivers and correctly merge it into the system version.

Are you stating that I should add postinstall script in SUNWilbr that
manually adds the entries to a system's auth_attr, prof_attr and
user_attr files ( instead of modifying the source files
usr/src/lib/libsecdb/*_attr.txt)
Please clarify.
