There are apparently four packages with this problem, and each needs to be
removed before the upgrade can complete. So far, Bob's run into two of

The other alternative is to upgrade to build 128 or 129 first (where the
obsolete packages haven't yet been marked as such, but the SAT solver is in
place which can handle them), and then upgrade to 130.
The real question is whether 111b users will hit this same issue,
although I suspect possibly not since I don't think we supported
obsolete or rename at all for that release...
