Hi,
David Comay requested that I verify that Sun Studio 12 update 1
upgrades correctly for users on 2009.06 once SUNWlibC is backported to
2009.06. I have done the testing and it passes.
Basic procedure is :
Upgrade a 2009.06 system with SRU9 with new SUNWlibC
(osol-re.sfbay/support)
Reboot, and upgrade Sun Studio 12u1 to 12.1.1 which is the patched
version
Test results are below. Let me know if there are any questions.
At this point, I believe my team is done with all of the necessary
testing for pushing sunstudio12u1/patched to OpenSolaris.

A clone of be_2009.06 exists and has been updated and activated.
On the next boot the Boot Environment osol200906_libC will be
mounted on '/'.
Reboot when ready to switch to this updated BE.
