Attempting to image-update to our EMI bits. Built using the nightly in
our dev gates synced with IPS, and got a repo.redist. Which was then
located to http://crc.sfbay:13002 I keep getting no updates available
for this image.
Merged with the latest (as of 2/16/10 - AM) bits.

Taking a look at a sample package (there is a u setting), and it looks
like what is on the repo is newer than what is on the system.
