The XVM switch is obvious. For the trusted packages, they span many
consolidations right now so to avoid needless cross-consolidation
synchronization, we're delivering into the distro consolidation, for
which David suggested we use "ips".
Also note that I'm republishing the renames in 134 so that the
incorporations are updated appropriately.
