The following webrev contains fixes for the following issues:
15224 packagemanager launch fails if primary admin role not assigned
to user
15288 p5i install links ignored

Note: web links (http links displayed by packagemanager) won't launch
for users without primary admin role due to some inconsistency in gksu
behaviour and output redirection. Since the current web link launching
logic is only a temporary workaround for packagemanager's execution as a
privileged user, and the default configuration for installed systems is
to configure root as a role, I opted to not burn anymore time trying to
fix/figure out gksu's odd behaviour.
