Consolidations were told not to move until a few builds after ON did so
that WOS RE had time to work out any kinks in the process. Having not
heard any indications to the contrary, I think we're assuming the window
is open now (I'm certainly getting close on X, and JDS has been building
IPS packages for their pre-integration testing for quite a while, just not
delivering those to the WOS).
Miguel just went through the exercise last week of contacting all the
consolidations to gather timelines, and should have a report soon for
the Integration Team.
