So in theory I can look at my oldest BE that I might want to boot to in
the future, map that to the zpool version available at that time (e.g.
http://hub.opensolaris.org/bin/view/Community+Group+zfs/22 says nv128 is
supported), and use the -V option to upgrade to that version.
