That's exactly right. Don't tell me it would have worked without the
--be-name!

Hijacking my own thread, having booted the previously non-live image,

# pkg image-update --be-name snv134b
Creating Plan /
pkg: 
'pkg://opensolaris.org/sunwxsun-keytab...@0.5.11,5.11-0.130:20091219T043513Z' 
supports the following architectures: i, 3, 8, 6
Image architecture is defined as: sparc

Any suggestions on how to get this to complete?
