I've just subscribed to the list.

btw: what is the status of pkgbuild in relationship to ips/pkg and what Oracle 
is doing? I mean is it a spare time project being used mainly (only)  by SFE 
community (is SFE alive?) or is it being used by Oracle as well (it was used 
for SJ)? Is it going to be provided via Oracle repository? I think it should as 
otherwise creating packages in Solaris is rather cumbersome unless I missed 
some tools which well might be the case.
