Yep, I understand.  Diffing against a whitelist would seem to be the
only way out for now till we get this bug fixed and you could say "No
new pkglint errors or warnings should be produced" until then.

Admittedly that's a bit more work, but there's precedent in the pkg-gate
which you could copy/paste.

Good point - I think that'd be marking every manifest in your gate as
pkg.linted (which probably isn't what you're after :-)
