Hi all,
I've got a small webrev here which does further work to reduce the size
of the apache processes used by the system repository, by dropping a
bunch of modules we don't use. I'm also fixing a few small bugs and
rfes along the way:
18730 sysrepo should not cache syspub, versions and publisher responses
18728 htcacheclean needs configuration tweaks
18726 sysrepo_httpd.conf should load fewer modules
18701 sysrepo needs http/https proxy support

comments would be most welcome (especially from folks well versed in
apache configuration)
cheers,
tim

sysrepo_httpd.conf.mako:
271-272: I wasn't sure what these changes did, and if they'd cause any
compatibility issues with people on upgrade? A comment in the mako/conf
file might be nice.
