I saw some strange behavior when try to onu to a private image from
s11u1_15a. The console output shows a bunch of packages has been
downloaded and updated, and the new BE is created and marked as "R".
There was no warning or error output. But after reboot to the new BE,
the version number still shows the old BE, and checking some library
shows that the changes are not included. So it looks like the new be is
identical to the old be. I wonder if this is some known issue? or maybe
I missed some flag days.
