I have a repo that was set up some time ago, to be a local mirror of the
oracle solaris public one.
I finally got around to trying to update it.
Seems like the documented method is simply
# pkgrepo refresh
Well, great!
So I ran it... and it claimed
Initiating repository refresh.
spun a few minutes.... and gave me back a shell prompt with no feedback.
I thought that meant it was done, but apparently not:
sunspot# pkgrepo info -p solaris -s http://pkg.oracle.com/solaris/release
PUBLISHER PACKAGES STATUS UPDATED
solaris 4401 online 2012-10-16T21:25:04.781208Z
sunspot# pkgrepo info -p solaris -s /var/pkgrepo
PUBLISHER PACKAGES STATUS UPDATED
solaris 4292 online 2012-06-15T00:50:46.875409Z
Ive tried the refresh, with both
-s /var/pkgrepo
-s /var/pkgrepo/publisher/solaris
and both "run".. but seem to have no change after the run finishes.
Can someone supply the missing magic for me please?
