Shouldn't phoneuid/libphone-ui-20100213 depend on libphone-ui-shr? As:

Debian should install recommends by default now, too. The reason
libphone-ui does not depend on libphone-ui-shr is, that
libphone-ui-shr build depends on libphone-ui (=> cycle dependency)

Sorry, but if phoneuid does not work without libphone-ui-shr, then
phoneuid *must* depend on libphone-ui-shr.

Well apparently some things work: libphone-ui-shr build-depends on it so assumably uses some parts of it (unless libphone-ui-shr also build-depends on itself which would be even more horrible).

It seems to me that if the build-dependency is sane, then phoneuid should recommend (not depend on) libphone-ui-shr.
