There are none in Debian, but there might be in derivatives of Debian, or in private installations. Further, the package made it to jessie (see https://packages.debian.org/jessie/golang-go-systemd-dev), so we want to ensure there is a good upgrade path. Hence, can you please add the appropriate Breaks/Replaces and transitional packages?
