What I would suggest instead, is that we all try to help with sponsoring uploads. I know I haven't done it, but I will try to change that. A good way to see what needs to be done -open bugs, pending uploads, etc.- is to use PET: http://pet.debian.net/pkg-go/pet.cgi When used well, PET is an incredibly useful tool for team work.
