Dear Sebastiaan, I managed to package aggdraw that is required for new versions of pycoast.
The ITP is the issue #913943 [1] and the source package is available on mentors.d.n [2]. I also created a local repository on salsa [3]. I don't know if I have permissions to create new repositories under debian-gis-team, and also I don't know if there are specific procedure to setup repositories in debian-gis-team so I would like to kindly ask if you can create it for me. The package is ready for review. I also packaged for python2 so you will see a lintian warning. Please let me know if you have some comments.
