Package: hdf5 Version: 1.8.11-3 Severity: important File: hdf5 As reported by email:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ It seems that on some architectures hdf5 has issues when compiled with gcc 4.8.0 and newer compilers. If the build log include the string "unable to calculate alignment for long double" (it's present in [1] and [2]) then the build is corrupted.
