I checked the packages, the upstream releases of the versions in the repository are all licensed under the Apache License 2.0.
Is it necessary to file a bug of each package, or it is possible to file only one bug covering all the packages?
This is generalized. The problem seems to be that Apache License entered pretty late in the common-licenses folder (package base-files) and the packages where lintian complains have not been updated since then.
