Sorry, but we can't ship tarballs containing binary files without source (and
without license statment). I therefore I reject your package from the NEW
queue.
I think there is some miss-understanding :
external/lib/jam-0.1.0-src.jar
and
external/lib/piccolo_apache_dist_20040711_v2.jar
contains source code (a JAR file is like any ZIP file) of the
corresponding components (*.java files)...
