I think there is some miss-understanding :
external/lib/jam-0.1.0-src.jar and
external/lib/piccolo_apache_dist_20040711_v2.jar contains source code
(a JAR file is like any ZIP file) of the corresponding components
(*.java files)...
Sorry; normally I check the contest if the jar files; I'm sorry that I
missed that in your case.
Please, feel free to reupload again, after listing the licenses and
copyright holder of files in the jar files in debian/copyright, too.
