It is not that obviously, but yes, those could be clarified.

Yep, those are not questionable.

hamlet.xml isn't used either. It's a test file for a performance test
that isn't even executed during the build nor bundled in the binary package.

Ok, either remove these three files from the source tarball or create an entry in debian/copyright, whatever you like. (it does not matter whether they are only in the source tarball or in the binary package as well, debian/copyright documents the status quo of the sources)
