packages
in archive which did not advertise repackaged source in version
(don't
remember the names now). Does it mean they are RC bugs?
This was done as a courtesy for you, as accepting the upload may have
made it harder to fix. For example, if you prefer to use ~dfsg then
the
accepted upload would block that.
