As indicated in the Comment field of the debian/copyright file, referring to the following url: https://github.com/bartaz/impress.js/issues/225 I asked upstream some clarification about the license. The answer has been what is mentionned in the copyright file: GPL-2+ or Expat. Unfortunately, this does not appear yet clearly in the code.
