THe collection module is missing. It may be possible, that amarok was
installed with a wrong prefix. This musst be corected by the installation.

$ cd /pfad/zu/Amarok/Quellcode/
$ su -c "make uninstall"
$ cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=`kde4-config --prefix`&&  su -c "make
install" $ kbuildsycoca4 --noincremental
$ amarok
Did you run

$ kbuildsycoca4 --noincremental

?

Also post output of

$ whereis amarok
$ ldd /usr/bin/amarok

Anyway, I expect this to be system misconfiguration rather than a bug.
