meanwhile 0.22.0 is available within testing and Debhelper 14 is released too. 
So we can start migrating to Debhelper 14 ;)

Thanks for this longer repose. Such a fatal-like lintan rule would also help 
us on those qt6-*-dev-tools packages, that should only be treated as multiarch 
implementation details and should not be used in a dependency.
