Rewrite copyright file to recent draft DEP5 machine-readable format.

So, I almost finalized a close analysis and rewrite of copyrights and licensing of the Ardour project.

Apart from minor things like accurate licensing of autotools pieces and merging of some Files sections, the following which is worth a comment:

+Files: ./libs/gtkmm2ext/gtkmm2ext/application.h
+Copyright: 2009, Paul Davis
+License: LGPL-2.1

I believe above essentially means no other parts of code can be GPL3 - all must be compatible with GPL2 AFAIK.

+Files: ./libs/pbd/dmalloc.cc
+Copyright: 1995, Gray Watson
+License: other-noncommercial-Watson

Above is BAD: We should get in touch with upstream, apologize for not discovering it earlier, and if they are unwilling to change we must rip it out also from source distribution.

+Files: ./libs/surfaces/powermate/interface.cc
+Copyright: Harrison Audio, LLC, 2007
+License: NONE

For above (and a few more currently tagged as UNKNOWN) we should contact the upstream authors and straighten it out.

Below is the actual license which is most problematic:

+License: other-noncommercial-Watson
+ Permission to use, copy, modify, and distribute this software for any
+ NON-COMMERCIAL purpose and without fee is hereby granted, provided that
+ the above copyright notice and this permission notice appear in all
+ copies, and that the name of Gray Watson not be used in advertising or
+ publicity pertaining to distribution of the document or software
+ without specific, written prior permission.
