I would be able to help out in maintaining this if done using git. I would *not* feel comfortable helping out if using Darcs.That said, my voice may be irrelevant if not using CDBS as well, due to my drastic standpoint regarding that and short-form dh. The reason I voice my concern regarding VCS anyway is that I suspect it (disregarding CDBS) is shared with fellow Debian Multimedia developers.
