Partly done. I don't know the software so I was not able to fill it
extensively. My version isn't much different from the dh-make template.

I also added debian/docs, debian/menu and a patch to fix a lintian info
error.
Final note. I tried to build and run it: it builds but it aborts on
start (at least on my system). I don't know the software or how it works so
I think I won't be much helpful in this.
The error I get is:
"terminate called after throwing an instance of 'char const*'"
