There is either "GNU Library General Public License" version 2.0 or "GNU Lesser General Public License" version 2.1.
It looks like Gabriel replaced 'Library' by 'Lesser' 3 years and 9 months ago, I'm sure he had some reason for doing it, I would like to hear his opinion on this issue.
