Thanks for your help; anyway, the package still requires a few work to
reach Debian quality (there is some duplicated code that must be
disabled in favor of the copy already present in Debian; moreover I have
to verify the copyright status of the new code). I won't have much time
in the next days, but I hope to have the new in a week.

Josm API is quite unstable, so we have to make josm-plugins depend on a
specific version of josm and keep them updated at the same time. This
will require even more time for me, since I have to prepare both uploads.
