Ack, that sounds reasonable, and I hope to see a fix in apt-cacher as well. For the liburi-perl -> libregexp-ipv6-perl relationship, I currently tend to change it from Depends to Recommends as that probably describes the functionality better. Would this be a problem for Ubuntu? In that case going back to Suggests should be fine as well.
