Hi Everyone. I'm very sorry. but have made a small mistake committing my last change into openjpeg.git. I used a clean repository that did not have user.email setup and therefore the log has ended up with an incorrect email address for commits 3c16ad086dae0e99d895309ad9cedc0ec34bbb23 and 03c3c9064ed4ed54c39a06aa45bac5bba4eca807.
I suspect this has generated a commit mail from the bogus address that is now waiting list moderator approval too. I was going to try a git-reset <commit id> which i know works on a local copy, (then clone again and redo the changes and commits) but as alioth does not have checked out local trees this will not work. I don't want to just start *playing* on alioth. If this is not important to be corrected then i will just say I'm very sorry and we can leave it as that. But if some one knows the correct way to fix this, I am happy to try it but require some "guidance" in the fineness of git repository fixing :-) Whilst i am writing an email. I was going to ask about the way to move forward with openjpeg. I don't mean to sound pushy but would just like to check etiquette. Should I go back to mentors with the updated version and issue a fresh RFS (and I suspect copy this list too) and just see what happens or should i just wait and someone here will move things when they have the free time? Thanks in advance Robin _______________________________________________ Pkg-phototools-devel mailing list [email protected] http://lists.alioth.debian.org/mailman/listinfo/pkg-phototools-devel
