The newly added template should be type: error, imho.
I also suggest a few wording improvements to make it more inline with
the common writing style of debconf templates.
Added the "#flag:translate!:5" also helps in marking the command line
as non translatable material.
PS: don't forget sending a call for translaiton updates after doing
this change ("podebconf-report-po --call --languageteam
--withtranslators"). The update for the French translation is attached
(it is different from the translation I sent in a previous BR: the
first one is suited in case you don't reword debconf templates and the
one attached here is suited if you use the debconf tempaltes rewording
patch)
