Downgrading udev libudev0 libgudev1.0-0 from 167-2 to 166-1 solved the
problem.
The problem also happened with 167-1.

I assume this happened in the mean time. So we don't have any means to
debug this further in a reasonable way, especially testing it with a
newer udev version. Thus closing the bug report.
