It will still be needed as a fallback if the admin chose to
disable RAMTMP, or configured it to be too small.  So I think
it can probably remain as is--in the common case it would just
be ignored.

BTW, I'll reply to your other reply soon--I've been asking the
installer team about the issue, so I'll follow up once I have
some feedback about that.
