/etc/init.d/skeleton is displaying a warning in most cases when
stopping a daemon:
start-stop-daemon: warning: failed to kill 2337: No such process
This warning corresponds to the second start-stop-daemon --stop in
do_stop().
It may be a bug in start-stop-daemon that displays this warning when
stopping a service that does not exist any more, even when using
--oknodo. Don't know.

As far as I can tell, the skeleton init.d script example no longer
print a warning when stopping a service that is already stopped.
