I wonder if it make most sense to put the /lib/init/init-d-script file
in initscripts or sysvinit-utils.  The latter is generic tools that
work independent of boot system, and so is init-d-script, while the
former is the package with all the init.d scripts and the skeleton
(which init-d-script extends/replaces).

Any opinions?
