If there's more needed to do after the initial 'apt install --yes
cockpit', that should be noted somewhere (README.Debian).

This is still true after 5 years. I added an integration test for this to make
sure it stays working across all operating systems:
https://github.com/cockpit-project/cockpit/pull/17229

I'm afraid without further information there's nothing else that I can do about
it, so I close this now.
